How to Order:
You may order online or by phone for fast and friendly service.
Payment Options:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Shipping:
We will use the most efficient and affordable means to ship your order, which include but are not limited to UPS, Federal Express, DHL or US Mail. We can only guarantee delivery to the correct address. We cannot ship to Post Office boxes. Shipping to residential addresses is generally somewhat more costly than to business addresses.
For international deliveries, contact us for a quote.
We proudly use recycled boxes and shipping materials whenever possible as the most responsible means of shipping. This also saves you money as well as trees!
In hot weather, we cannot ship chocolates and other perishable items except by overnight means at that higher rate to ensure the quality and integrity of your order.
Returns:
Returns and exchanges may be made with authorization within 60 days of receipt with the following exclusions: customized and personalized items, seasonal items and foods. If you received the incorrect order, let us know within 48 hours of receipt and we'll replace or refund your order. Claims for broken and damaged products may need to be handled through the shipper with our assistance.
Mailing Lists:
We never share our mailing lists with any other company. We respect your privacy.
Food Allergies:
Many of our food items may either contain or be produced in environments that contain nuts. If you have any doubts or concerns, please do not eat these items or contact us directly for more information. Our foods do carry ingredient labels but trace amounts of allergens may still exist.
